Our sessions are child friendly, run for only 45 minutes and are modified to each individuals needs and preferences so that you are feeling comfortable, confident and motivated at all times. Sessions are capped at 10 to keep quality high and allow our trainers to give you the individualised attention and care you need. All classes are booked through our Wix app which you can easily download onto your smart phone for convenience and ease.
